The brand DAMAC has become an icon of Dubai and the Middle East region.

DAMAC Properties has had its presence felt through Middle East’s luxury real estate via iconic residential, commercial and leisure properties since 1982. It is now a part of DAMAC Group.

Along with great economic projects, residential skyscrapers, self sufficient urban communities and branded residences. To date DAMAC has delivered approximately 47,000 quality homes and has an additional 33,000 homes currently under construction.

With freehold ownership being given to international investors, DAMAC’s journey began with purchasing land in Dubai Marina. Branded as DAMAC Properties in 2002, the company constructed Dubai’s most iconic towers.

Ever since, the brand has made a name for itself in self-promoting, innovative design, and exceptional craftsmanship.

The company built the luxurious gated residential community anchored by an 18-hole golf course and the famous Trump International Golf Club in Dubai, which opened its doors to the public as of February 2017. The relationship between DAMAC and The Trump Organization for the development began in 2013. Initially called The Akoya, the development was later flagged off by the name DAMAC Hills to further strengthen its branding. The golf club and golf course designed by Gil Hanse opened officially on the golf club on 2017 February along with the golf club’s new patrons sons Donald Trump Jr and Eric Trump acting as guests of honor.

Apart from this Safa One and Two is owned by Damac. Safa One is located at the edges of Safa Park overlooking the Dubai Canal, while Safa Two is located opposite Safa One and overlooks the Dubai Canal, Burj Al Arab and the Palm.

Damac Heights the luxurious tower with 88 floors and a height of 335 meters was opened to tenants in 2018 and is located in Dubai Marina. Palm Jumeirah is also visible from this tower. Arabtec Construction was hired as the main contractor.

The Paramount project was developed by DAMAC Properties together with Paramount Hotel & Resorts. Paramount Towers is a four tower development with over 2000 units which includes amenity space located in three towers and an 800 units paramount hotel tower.
