Some of the major works include Port De La Mer, City Walk, Bluewater’s Island, Bulgari Resort, Nikki Beach Resort, Spa Residence and Villa Amalfi at Jumeirah Bay.
Booming Meraas launched its Harbor in Dubai in 2019. The planned development was advertised as ‘the biggest marina in the MENA region’, which included 1,100 hectars. It was also set to house the 135 meter Dubai Lighthouse.
In 2021, Meraas presented the Ain Dubai. Located on Bluewaters Island, it is over 250 meters high. The structure boasts over 9000 tons of steel. While construction was ongoing, it was labeled the ‘largest Ferris wheel on earth.”
