Worked on projects:

Not only is this easily one of Omniyat most recognizable projects, but this ME Dubai hotel, luxury residences, and the building itself featuring an iconic void carved out in the central part of the structure is one of the most popular and widely recognized buildings in Business Bay, which has been designed by the late Zaha Hadid.

Incredibly luxurious Palm Jumeirah features this ultra-luxury residential development One Palm which offers fantastic exclusive apartments and penthouses with awesome views on the Arabian Gulf as well as the Dubai skyline.

Business Bay is home to a Sterling, a twin-tower residential development that has luxury apartments with modern designs and amenities.
