Reportage Properties

Reportage Properties has its headquarters in Abu Dhabi, and it operates in multiple places including, Dubai, Cairo, Istanbul, Riyadh, Minsk, and Moscow. Their portfolio includes investment, project management, residential construction, and development services. They pioneered the raised-surface townhouse design in Abu Dhabi.

Founded in 2014, the company undertook projects in UAE, Egypt, Morocco, Turkey and Belarus. The chairman of Reportage Group is Aref Al Khoori and Islam Hamdy serves as the CEO.
As of now, Reportage has designed over 11,000 residential units along with a number of limited collections of townhouses.

Since the start of 2021, Reportage Properties has surpassed sales of AED 500 million, a significant increase from AE 165 million during the same timeframe in 2020.
Reportage Properties recently received three awards at the Arabian Property Awards in 2022-2023, which were for the best multi-story residential and best five-star multi-story residential project for Al Maryah Vista 2. Best Residential project with over 20 units were awarded to Al Raha Lofts.
Winning the 2023 award of best townhouse community from European Property Award, Sylvana project was designed by Reportage.

Alexis Tower: This modern high rise tower located in Jumeirah Village Circle has breathtaking views and world class features.

Rukan Lofts: This project provides commercial and residential spaces combined together which meets the needs of contemporary business people.

Reportage Village: This compound has open and closed type apartments and townhouses which are suitable for a big family.
